An order is accepted once we send a confirmation email. Where a piece turns out to be unavailable we will contact you and refund in full.
All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes where stated. We may change prices at any time, but never after an order is confirmed.
Every piece is embroidered by hand. Slight variation in stitch, motif placement and shade is inherent to the craft and is not considered a defect.
