What can be returned

• Ready-to-wear pieces, within 30 days of delivery.
• Unworn and unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
• Custom commissions are final sale, as each is made to order.
• Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to start a return

Open Returns & Refunds in your account, choose the order and tell us why the piece is going back. Our team will get in touch to arrange the pickup.

Refund timing

Once the piece reaches the atelier and passes inspection, our team processes the refund by bank transfer to your account.
